A Commitment to Service

​

Paul is currently a Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice.  After graduating from West Point, Paul served in the United States Army.  He completed his military service with the rank of Captain.

After the Army, Paul graduated Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and went on to continue his studies at Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government’s Executive Education Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government. 

From 2015 to 2021, Paul served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.  Paul prosecuted complex serious and violent felonies.

Now, at the California Department of Justice, Paul works in the Special Prosecutions Section.

 

Paul’s journey into public service started over 20 years ago with being an integral part of creating a local teen center. Today he serves on the Rancho Palos Verdes Civic Center Advisory Committee, where he works on development of the Civic Center Master Plan.

Paul would like to continue his commitment to public service and give back to the community by serving on the Rancho Palos Verdes City Council.
